Connects to the systems each company already runs

ERPs, accounting systems, CRMs and payroll connect once. Any other system connects through a database login, a data feed, a folder or files. Everything lands in one finance model, and the work goes back out to your people and your systems.

Every system Naarvin connects to

Each tile says which way data moves: both ways, reads, or sends.

Two way means approved journals can go back to that system, once your admin turns sending on. ERPNext and file imports run with customers today. Every other connector is built and is checked in a first sync with your own company before you rely on it; sign-in connectors are switched on for your installation during onboarding.

How a connection works

Five steps from sign-in to books you can report on. Your team sees each one.

  1. 1
Sign in or add a keyCredentials are encrypted when saved and never shown again. The AI never sees them.
  2. 2
Choose the companiesLink each company in the source to a company in Naarvin.
  3. 3
Map the accountsAccounts are mapped to one finance model from suggestions a person confirms.
  4. 4
Sync on a scheduleEvery run is recorded. When a sync would remove too much, it removes nothing and warns you instead.
  5. 5
Check the dataData quality checks show whether the loaded books can be trusted before anyone reports on them.

Any other system, by file or feed

When a system has no connector, its books still come in, and nothing about that company's system has to change.

Excel and CSV templates

Chart of accounts, trial balances, journals, invoices and bills, by company and period.

Read-only database login

PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server over an encrypted connection, reading only what you allow.

REST data feed

One secure address that serves the standard dataset as pages of JSON.

SFTP folder

A folder of Excel or CSV exports, with the server's key pinned.

Bank statements

Statement files from your banks, uploaded or delivered to a folder, for reconciliation.

Out to your people and your systems

The department reports where your team already works, and your own systems can read Naarvin and react to it.

API

Keys that act as service accounts, each limited to one role and chosen companies. A key can never approve, sign off or complete a four-eyes review.

Webhooks

Signed events for your own systems. They carry names, ids and statuses, never amounts.

Slack and Teams

Notices of syncs, approvals, postings and reports, in Arabic or English.

CFO flash by email

Weekly or monthly, sent only to members whose access covers every company in it.

Journals to your ERP

Approved journals go to ERPNext, Odoo, Xero, QuickBooks Online, Business Central and Zoho Books, as drafts where the system allows, and as an import file for any other ERP. Sending stays off until your admin turns it on.

Payment files

Bank-ready files that pay only supplier bank details a second person has verified. A person uploads them; Naarvin never moves money.

Telegram and WhatsApp

Deadline reminders and Copilot answers on your phone, and the daily brief on Telegram, once your organization connects its own bot or WhatsApp Business sender.

Spreadsheets

Live figures in Excel and Google Sheets, pulled with a key that sees only what it is allowed to.

Ask about your systems
