Naarvin emails the CFO flash, the daily CFO brief, scheduled reports and deadline reminders on schedules your team sets, in Arabic or English. Every email with figures goes only to members whose own access covers them, and customer payment reminders tell each customer only what that customer owes.
What does Naarvin send by email?
| What it holds | Who receives it | |
|---|---|---|
| CFO flash | The P&L headline, liquidity and open issues, or a saved dashboard view, weekly or monthly | Members whose own access covers every company in it |
| Daily CFO brief | What needs attention this morning, with figures | Members, each with a brief built on their own companies |
| Scheduled reports | Statements, KPIs, ageing or budget against actual as an Excel or CSV file, or the latest finalised board pack | Members who hold the report's permissions for every company in it, and outside addresses only on a list a second person has approved |
| Deadline reminders | Overdue and soon-due work, with no amounts | Each member who chooses email |
| Payment reminders | What the customer owes | The customer, after your team sends it |
How does Naarvin decide who may receive figures?
By each recipient's own access, checked when the email is sent. A CFO flash for three companies goes only to members who can see all three; a finance manager who sees one of them is left out rather than sent a partial view. The daily brief is built separately for each recipient on the companies they can see, never on the access of the person who scheduled it. The CFO flash and the daily brief go only to members of your organization.
This is the same rule that governs the Copilot and the API. See security for how company-scoped access works.
How are schedules set?
Someone who may schedule reports picks the report, the companies, the recipients, the language and the time: daily, weekly on a chosen day, or monthly on a chosen date, in a chosen time zone. That person owns the schedule; they or an integrations admin can pause it, delete it or send it at once. A Slack or Teams channel can also get a notice that the report went out, without its figures. See Reporting AI for the reports themselves.
Deadline reminders work differently: each member chooses for themselves whether to get them by email, the kinds of work, and the hour in their own time zone.
What about payment reminders to customers?
Treasury AI drafts reminders for overdue invoices, and your team reviews and sends them. A reminder goes to the customer about that customer's own balance, so it states what they owe, and nothing about anyone else.

Questions people ask
Can the CFO flash go to someone outside the company, such as a board member without a login?
No. The CFO flash and the daily brief go only to members, and only to those whose access covers the companies in them.
Why did a member not receive the CFO flash?
Most often because their access does not cover every company in it. Naarvin leaves them out rather than send figures they cannot see in the app.
Are emails in Arabic?
Each scheduled report is set to Arabic or English, and deadline reminders follow each member's own language.
