ERP finance automation on top of the ERP you already run

ERP finance automation on top of your ERP: Naarvin reads ERPNext, Odoo, Business Central and more, prepares the close and reports, and returns approved journals.

In short

Naarvin automates finance on top of the ERPs your companies already run. It reads each company's books on a schedule, maps them to one finance model, prepares the close, reports and cash forecast, and sends approved journals back to the ERP. Nothing in the ERP has to change, and groups with different ERPs per company are covered.

Why not automate finance inside the ERP?

An ERP is built to record transactions; finance work happens after them and across companies. Groups often run a different ERP in each company, and the close, consolidation, cash forecast and board pack end up in spreadsheets around it. Naarvin does that layer once, for every company, without customising the ERPs.

Which ERPs does Naarvin connect to?

SystemDirection
ERPNext, Odoo, Xero, QuickBooks Online, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Zoho Books, Wafeq, QoyodTwo way: books in, approved journals back
Oracle NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Finance, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Business One, Daftra, TallyReads

ERPNext and file imports run with customers today. Every other connector is built and is checked in a first sync with your own company before you rely on it. See Integrations.

How does a connection work?

  1. Sign in or add a keyCredentials are encrypted when saved and never shown again. The AI never sees them.
  2. Choose the companiesLink each company in the ERP to a company in Naarvin.
  3. Map the accountsAccounts map to one finance model from suggestions a person confirms.
  4. Sync on a scheduleEvery run is recorded; a sync that would remove too much removes nothing and warns you.
  5. Check the dataData quality checks show whether the books can be trusted before anyone reports on them.

What goes back into the ERP?

Only what a person approved: accruals, reclassifications, recurring journals and corrections drafted in Naarvin. Sending is off until your admin turns it on for each connection, and each journal is approved by amount before it leaves.

Questions people ask

Do we need to change our ERP setup?

No. Naarvin reads the books as they are and maps them to its finance model.

Can different companies use different ERPs?

Yes. Each company connects its own system, and everything lands in one finance model for the group.

Is our ERP password stored safely?

Credentials are encrypted when saved, never shown again and never given to the AI.

What if our ERP is not listed?

It still connects through a database login, a data feed, a folder or files.
