In short

Naarvin prepares the finance side of ZATCA obligations from your ledger: VAT return workings, withholding tax on payments abroad and the zakat base, all for review before filing. Each company gets e-invoicing readiness checks and reminders before every deadline. Naarvin does not issue e-invoices or file returns, and it holds no ZATCA approval.

What does Naarvin prepare for ZATCA?

Withholding taxPayments to non-residents, the tax due on each and the monthly totalsYour team
ZakatThe zakat base from the year-end balance sheet, account by account, with adjustments a person setsYour team or your adviser

How is the zakat base worked out?

From the balance sheet at the year end, account by account. Each account is classed as an addition, a deduction or neither, with defaults a person can change, and the adjustments your adviser agrees are recorded with their reason. The working shows how the base and the zakat due were reached, so it can be reviewed before filing.

What do the e-invoicing readiness checks look at?

Whether each company's invoices carry what e-invoicing needs, such as the seller and buyer VAT numbers, sequential numbering, VAT per line and totals that add up. The checks point to the invoices to fix in your billing system. See the guide ZATCA e-invoicing.

Does it track filing deadlines?

Yes. Each company's VAT, withholding tax and zakat dates appear in a tax calendar, with reminders to the owner before each one is due.
