Your organization connects its own Telegram bot, and each member links their private chat with a one-time code. The bot then delivers the daily CFO brief and deadline reminders, and answers Copilot questions as that member, with the same access they have in the app. Answers carry figures only for the companies the member can see, and the bot never changes anything.
What can the Telegram bot do?
| Message | When | Figures |
|---|---|---|
| The daily CFO brief | On the schedule a report owner sets, when they choose Telegram, or on demand with /brief or /موجز | Yes, built for that member on their own companies |
| Deadline reminders | Daily, at the hour the member chooses, if they pick Telegram | No amounts |
| Copilot answers | When the member asks a question | Totals within the member's access, no record-level detail |
The brief is built for each recipient within their own access, never the access of the person who scheduled it. See Reporting AI for the brief itself.
How do Copilot answers work in Telegram?
Ask in Arabic or English. The bot answers as the linked member, through the same finance functions and permission checks as the web app, so it cannot reach a company that member cannot open. In a chat it gives totals rather than record-level detail. Every figure comes from the ledgers, not from the language model. Each answer is logged with its question, and each question is recorded in the audit log.
- A message within half an hour of the last one continues the same conversation, so a short follow-up such as "and Egypt?" is understood. /new starts afresh.
- Answers count toward the monthly AI allowance of your plan, as in the web app. When it runs out, the bot still answers from the ledger, without the AI writing.
- If your organization requires two-factor sign-in for everyone, the bot does not answer questions, because a chat cannot prove a second factor.
- The bot only reads. It never approves, posts or changes anything.
Can the bot be added to a group?
It can be added, but it ignores groups and channels without a word. It answers only private chats that a member linked to their own Naarvin account, because a group would show one person's figures to everyone in it.
How do you connect Telegram?
- Create a bot in TelegramCreate a bot for your organization in Telegram and copy the token Telegram gives you.

- Each member links their chatThe member generates a one-time code in Naarvin, opens the bot in Telegram and sends /start followed by the code.
- Choose what to receiveReport owners can add Telegram to a daily brief schedule; each member can pick Telegram for their deadline reminders.
Questions people ask
Can someone else see my figures through the bot?
No. The bot answers only the private chat linked to your own account, and only with your access. Groups and channels are ignored.
Can the bot approve a payment or post a journal?
No. It only reads. Approvals and postings stay in Naarvin, with a person.
Whose bot is it?
Your organization's. You create it in Telegram and connect it to Naarvin; disconnecting it stops all Telegram messages.
