Naarvin sends each person who opts in a daily WhatsApp reminder of the work that is overdue or due within a week, through your organization's own WhatsApp Business sender. The reminders carry no amounts. Where your installation offers it and your organization switches it on, members can also ask the Copilot questions on WhatsApp and get answers within their own access.
What do the deadline reminders contain?
One message a day, at the hour each person chooses in their own time zone, listing what is overdue or due in the next seven days and is theirs to act on, for example:
- close tasks they own or must review;
- auditor requests they owe;
- tax filings not yet recorded as filed;
- registrations and licences expiring in the companies they may see;
- budget slices they own that are not yet submitted.
The reminder names items, company codes, due dates and counts, with links. It carries no amounts: anything that looks like money is removed from item names. It covers only the companies the person may see. This is the same digest people can get by email or Telegram, and each person chooses their own channels in Settings, under deadline alerts. See Compliance AI for the filing timelines behind it.
Whose WhatsApp number sends the reminders?
Your organization's own. Someone who manages integrations enters your WhatsApp Business sender in Naarvin: the access token, the phone number ID, and the name and language of a message template your organization has had approved in WhatsApp. The token is sealed when saved; afterwards only its last four characters are shown.
A person receives reminders on WhatsApp only after they enter their own number, in international format such as +966…, and agree to receive alerts there. If they change the number, they agree again.
Can we ask the Copilot questions on WhatsApp?
Where your installation is set up with a WhatsApp Business number for the Copilot, and your organization switches the Copilot on for WhatsApp, yes. A member links their phone by creating a one-time code in Naarvin and sending it from the WhatsApp number saved in their own settings.
- It only replies. Every message Naarvin sends there answers the member's own message, within 24 hours of it; it never writes first.
- Answers stay within the member's own access and carry totals, not record-level detail.
- A member can ask up to 20 questions an hour.
- If your organization requires two-factor sign-in for everyone, the Copilot is not available on WhatsApp, because a chat cannot prove a second factor.
The Copilot reads the ledgers through the same permission checks as the web app and never changes anything. See security.
