Collect receivables faster with reminders in Arabic

How a finance team in Saudi Arabia or the GCC cuts overdue receivables: a live aging, reminders in Arabic and English, promises tracked, receipts matched.

In short

Naarvin keeps the receivables aging current from your ERP, drafts reminders on a schedule in Arabic or English, and tracks every promise to pay so nobody is chased for an invoice they already agreed to settle. Receipts are matched to the invoices they pay. Your team reviews and sends each reminder; sending without review stays off unless your organization turns it on.

Why do receivables run late?

Most late payment is not refusal. It is an invoice nobody followed up, a reminder sent to the wrong person, a dispute nobody logged, or a customer chased again for an invoice they promised to pay on Thursday. Collections run on memory and goodwill, and both run out at month end.

  • The aging report is exported weekly and is stale by the time it is read.
  • Reminders are written one by one, in one language, with no record of what was sent.
  • Promises and disputes live in someone's inbox.
  • Receipts arrive without a reference and sit unapplied.
  • Nobody can say how much of the overdue balance is at real risk.

How do collections run with Naarvin?

  1. A live agingOpen invoices come from your ERP on a schedule, by customer and company, with what is overdue and by how long.
  2. Reminders on a cadenceThe collections agent drafts the next reminder for each overdue customer from templates in Arabic and English, gentle first, firmer later.
  3. A person sendsYour team reviews and sends by email, or by WhatsApp or SMS to numbers the customer agreed to, once your organization connects its own sender.
  4. Promises and plansA promise to pay pauses the chase for that invoice until its date. A payment plan spreads the balance over agreed instalments.
  5. Replies sortedCustomer replies are labelled, such as paid, promise, dispute or wrong contact, so the next step is clear.
  6. Receipts appliedCustomer receipts are matched to the invoices they pay, so the aging stays true.

How do you know it is working?

Watch three numbers: days sales outstanding, the share of receivables more than 90 days overdue, and promises kept versus promises made. All three come from the same records the reminders use, so they move as soon as collections do. Better collections also show up straight away in the 13-week cash outlook.

What do you need to start?

  • Your accounting system connected, so open invoices and receipts are current.
  • Customer contacts: the person who approves payment, not only the general inbox.
  • Your reminder wording, if you have it. Default templates in Arabic and English are ready to adjust.
  • For WhatsApp or SMS, your organization's own sender, and customers who agreed to be contacted that way.

Who is this for?

Companies that sell on credit to many customers, groups where each company chases its own receivables, and finance teams that want collections to keep going during the close. A business paid upfront, or by a handful of customers, may not need a collections workflow.

Questions people ask

Does Naarvin send reminders without anyone checking them?

Not by default. Reminders are drafted for your team to review and send. Organizations can choose automatic sending, which is off until both the installation and your organization turn it on.

Can reminders go out in Arabic?

Yes. Templates exist in Arabic and English, and each reminder goes out in the language you choose for the customer.

Can customers pay through Naarvin?

No. Naarvin does not collect money. Customers pay you as they do today, and their receipts are matched to the invoices they settle.

What happens when a customer promises to pay?

Record the promise against the invoice. Chasing for that invoice pauses until the promised date, and the cash forecast uses that date.
