In short

Under Receivables, load the default bilingual templates in Reminder templates and tailor them. Then, in Automated reminders, set the stages by days from due, the tone and the run time, and switch the cadence on. Each day it drafts a reminder for every overdue customer that reached a stage. Nothing is sent automatically: drafts wait in the queue for your review.

How do you set up the templates?

  2. Load the defaultsLoad the default set: a bilingual template for each stage, in a friendly, firm or final-notice tone.
  3. Tailor themEdit the wording to your brand. Placeholders, such as the customer's balance, are filled in when a reminder is drafted or sent.

Which rules keep reminders sensible?

RuleEffect
A live promise to payChasing for that invoice pauses until the promised date
Customer's preferred languageThe reminder is drafted in Arabic or English accordingly, when the template has it
One reminder per stageA customer is not sent the same stage twice for the same episode
A suppressed email addressSending to an address that bounced or complained is refused

Can reminders go by WhatsApp or SMS?

Yes, to numbers the customer agreed to, once your organization connects its own WhatsApp Business or SMS sender under Settings, then Integrations & API. Email is the default channel.

Questions people ask

Can reminders be sent without review?

Not by default. Automatic sending exists, but it stays off until both the installation and your organization switch it on.

Can a customer view their statement online?

Yes. You can send a statement of account by email, or a link where the customer views their own statement.

How do we record a promise to pay?

Record it against the invoice under Receivables, then Promise-to-pay. Chasing pauses until the date, and the cash forecast uses it.
