Open Overview, then CFO Copilot, and ask a question in Arabic or English. The answer comes back in the language you asked in, with the figures computed from your ledgers, a chart where it helps, and links to the records behind it. Ask follow-up questions in the same thread. The Copilot only uses the companies you are allowed to see, and says so when the data cannot support an answer.
How do you ask a good question?
- Open the CopilotGo to Overview, then CFO Copilot.
- Ask plainlyName the measure and the period, such as "Why did gross margin fall in September?" or "كم النقد لدينا اليوم؟".
- Narrow it if neededMention a company, a customer, a supplier or a cost centre to focus the answer.
- Open the sourcesEvery figure opens to the ledger lines, invoices or bank records behind it.
- Follow upAsk "and last year?" or "which customers drove it?" in the same thread; the Copilot keeps the context.

Can you ask from your phone?
Yes, once your organization connects its own Telegram bot or WhatsApp Business sender. Under Settings, then Telegram, email and chat, link your chat with a one-time code. Your organization can require that a chat answers only if its owner confirmed it recently with two-step verification in the web app.
What does the Copilot not do?
- It does not invent figures: numbers come from Naarvin's finance functions, not the language model.
- It does not show companies you are not allowed to see.
- It does not post entries, approve requests or move money.
- It does not replace your judgement: it explains, and people decide.
Questions people ask
Why did the Copilot say it cannot answer?
The data it can see does not support an answer, for example a period not yet loaded or a company outside your access. Load the data or ask someone with access.
Who in our team can use the Copilot?
Anyone whose role lets them read the reports. Each person gets answers only for the companies they may see, and passwords and system keys never reach the AI.
Can the Copilot draw a chart?
Yes. Where a chart helps, the answer includes one that fits the question, and it opens to the same sources.
